IF YOU HAVE NOT JAILBROKEN YET, THIS ISNT WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!

If you ran into this when trying to upgrade the tweaks, have no fear, it is fixable! Also you would've ran into this problem if you tried to install a tweak too. Here are the steps to fix this:
1. Plug in your ALREADY JAILBROKEN iOS device into the same computer you originally jailbroke with
2. Open the evasi0n 7 tool and start the jailbreak process again
3. When you get to the part where it asks you to unlock your iOS device and click the evasi0n app, click the evasi0n app, then quickly hold the evasi0n app, then delete it
4. Go into Cydia and when it asks you to upgrade the tweaks in a pop-up message, click complete upgrade and wait for the tweaks to finish upgrading
5. Quit out of the evasi0n tool on your computer and unplug your iOS device

You should now be able to install any tweak from Cydia that is compatible with iOS 7
